Caste Based Discrimination Committee

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

To oversee the effective implementation of policies and programmes for the SC/ST/OBC, to provide guidance, counselling and resolve issues pertaining to the Caste Based Discrimination at Workplace and to enhance the diversity within the campus.

FUNCTIONS:

1. 1. To ensure equity and equal opportunity to the community at large in the University, College and bring about Social inclusion.
2. 2. To enhance the diversity among the students, teaching and non-teaching staff population and at the same time eliminate the perception of Caste Based Discrimination at Workplace.
3. 3. To help individuals or a group of students belonging to the SC/ST/OBC regarding issues related to Caste Based Discrimination at Workplace.
4. 4. To sensitize the college on the problems of Caste Based Discrimination at Workplace
